Refund and Cancellation Policy

Deposit refund window. The R250 deposit is refundable for up to five working days after the quotation is accepted. Hartlemoen will only begin sourcing or personalising the order after this period. Once sourcing or personalisation begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Urgent orders. Parents may authorise Hartlemoen to begin sourcing immediately, in which case the deposit becomes non-refundable at the moment of authorisation. This consent is recorded with a timestamp.
